• Users require Phone System (Mandatory) and Audio Conferencing (Optional).

• These licenses are included in E5, and can be purchased as an add-on for E1, E3 or Microsoft Business Licenses

  • Configuration and setup of the tenant’s Microsoft environment generally takes about a week, but can vary depending on the current number of projects in flight. Check with PMO to be sure.
  • Porting of trunks can take up to 60 days (if porting from Telstra) from the date of submission of the Porting Authorisation Form (PAF)

Yes. A Porting Authorisation Form must be submitted with the details of the numbers and/or number ranges to be ported. This can take up to 60 days depending on the losing carrier.

There is no minimum number of users.

• Our partners can create AAs and Call Queues as part of the setup process

• Our partners will train the customer on the management of response groups for ongoing management

Moves/adds and changes are included in the monthly service, but the customer can perform these changes themselves if desired

• Administrator training is included as part of the setup process

• User training is built in to the Teams client, with rich video and text training for all available features

• onsite classroom-style training is available as an optional extra
